The original founders of 100 Degrees East, Ivan and Caz set up an award-winning marine tour company in 2003. Dedicated to the highest standards of safety and service, their reputation grew fast. Devastating for all, in 2019 Caz lost her strong fight to cancer which was when Roon and Cara became partners with Ivan. Ivan has recently returned to the UK leaving 100 Degrees East in the capable hands of this dynamic pair.
